Nothing. This site has no contact form and no server behind one. There is no field on any page that sends your details to us, and nothing you do here is stored by this website.

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The cost calculator ends by opening a WhatsApp message with your answers already written — you decide whether to send it, and until you press send in WhatsApp, nothing has left your device.

We never ask for payment details, passwords or identity documents through this website.

Enquiries reach us through WhatsApp, Telegram or the phone. When you use one of those, your message and phone number reach us the same way any message does, and the service you chose handles it under its own privacy terms — WhatsApp and Telegram are not operated by us.

From that point we hold what you have told us: your name, your contact details and what you have described about your situation. We use it to answer you and to provide the services you ask about.

We use a privacy-focused analytics service that sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you across websites. It records aggregate information — pages viewed, referring site, approximate country, device type, and which contact buttons were clicked — with no identifier that can be traced back to an individual.

Because no cookies are set and no personal data is stored, analytics runs without needing your consent. The notice shown on your first visit is informational.

To answer your enquiry and to provide the advisory services you ask about. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

Where a service you request requires it, we may share the relevant documents with the authority, bank, insurer or partner professional handling your matter — always with your knowledge and only to the extent the matter requires.

This site is static and hosted on Cloudflare's global network; it receives nothing from you. Analytics data is aggregate and processed within the European Union.

Messages you send us travel through WhatsApp or Telegram, which process data on their own infrastructure outside the United Arab Emirates under their own terms.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you return to, then deleted.

Where you become a client, we keep records for as long as the engagement requires and for the period UAE anti-money-laundering and record-keeping rules oblige us to retain them.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@aed-advisory.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights — such as objecting to processing or asking for your data in a portable format — those rights apply and we will honour them.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to the two founders and anyone directly working on your matter.

No system is perfectly secure. Please do not send passwords or financial account credentials over messaging apps — when documents are needed, we will tell you the appropriate secure channel.

This site is intended for adults acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
